I had a fantastic stay at the Donatello Apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, being just a short distance away from the historical part of the city and the train station. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. I had a great experience at Donatello Apartments and would recommend it to others.

The location of the apartment was superb! Just a minute's walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to all the main sights. Plus, there was a supermarket just a stone's throw away for any supplies we needed. The apartment itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our romantic escape. The balcony was a lovely addition, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.

The noise from the nearby train station and main street. It could get pretty loud, especially if you're a light sleeper.

We chose this property for proximity to the train - you can’t really be any closer! I liked that there were some packets of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and coffee as well as a coffee machine. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a washer/dryer and ironing board. The check-in staff was very helpful and gave us useful information about the area. The room access was well secured with remote control, codes, and keys.

The apartment was centrally located, next to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. It was impeccably clean, which was essential for our family with young kids. We appreciated the blackout shades and laundry facilities, especially with the kids. The host, Mildred, was welcoming and provided a detailed explanation of the apartment and area. She even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We also liked that there was a supermarket nearby, as vegetarians and vegans, this was very helpful.

The apartment had everything I needed, including a dining area and a washing machine. The city views were a nice touch.

The fridge, dishwasher, and microwave were also provided, but who needs those when you're staying in a fancy apartment?

She provided us with valuable tips about Florence, such as the location of the supermarket and local bus information. The apartment itself was easy to access and secure. Moreover, it was impeccably clean, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with three young children. The blackout shades and laundry facilities were a bonus, making our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated Mildred's recommendations for dining and walking, particularly the Trattoria Dall'Oste where we had a perfect last dinner in Italy. Additionally, Mildred went above and beyond by allowing us to store our luggage after checkout so that we could maximize our time exploring Florence. this was one of our favorite accommodations during our trip.

I loved my recent stay at Donatello Apartments By Firenze Prestige. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and having a Nespresso coffee machine was a great addition. The location was perfect, close to train stations and other amenities. The host, Mildred, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing tips and assisting us with our day trip. The security was excellent, giving me peace of mind during my stay.

While the apartment was overall clean, there were some areas that could have been better, such as dust below the bed and behind the sofa. It would have been helpful to have hooks for clothes in the front door and bathroom.
